The One Thing for Health" blog is a webpage that for people to raise awareness of their health actions, network ideas, and develop positivity about their daily health action.


The point of this website if your you to realize your own success and share what you've done with others. Hopefully, posting on this blog will be an incentive for you do "One thing for health" the next day.

Two guidelines:

  1. Post about ONE THING
  2. Post about how you did it the day you posted


Why did I do this? It's so easy to get into negative thinking about our own personal health. Many people set unrealistic goals or we make lists of things to do for our health. Things like this can make us not even want to try in the first place or feel like crap about ourselves if we don't meet these expectations. Let's do things backwards. Let's feel good about 1 thing for our health, to feel at least 1 positive emotion, 1 day at a time.
